Nothing against Pete. However his team has not been helpful at all. Still trying to solve an overcharge problem for over a month. They just sent me to another line where I’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. I just hope this is the right line this time cause it hasn’t happened yet. Just reimburse me the money and let me cancel my policy so we can all move on! That department just answered and I was talking with a representative for a minute and their line got disconnected. State Farm is not a good neighbor and they are not there! Update: Pete has come in to save the day and work on a resolution and explanation! Thank you
